Spektakuläre Villa mit unabhängigem Apartment, beheiztem Pool und Meerblick.

Die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Malaga vom gesamten Haus sowie der beheizte Infinity-Pool machen diese Unterkunft zu einem exklusiven Ort für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Die Villa verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit einer Kapazität für 8 Personen und ein unabhängiges Apartment mit einer Kapazität für weitere 2. Das Haus ist so geplant, dass seine 10 Bewohner die gesamte Villa genießen können.

Die unabhängige Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnbereich mit Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und, wenn man die Treppe hinaufgeht, dem Ruhebereich.

Wenn wir zum Haus hinaufgehen, finden wir den Pool und den Eingang zum Haus. Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befinden sich ein Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Arbeitsbereich und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Sofabereich und einen großen Smart-TV.

Im Obergeschoss des Hauses befindet sich die Küche, das Hauptschlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine Toilette und das Wohn-Esszimmer. Die Küche ist mit allen möglichen Geräten und Geschirr ausgestattet.

Die gesamte Villa ist von Gartenbereichen im Freien sowie Gartenmöbeln und einem Grillplatz umgeben.

Der Pool ist in den kalten Monaten des Jahres (von Mitte Oktober bis Ende April) beheizt und hat eine faltbare Struktur, um ihn abzudecken oder ins Freie zu öffnen.

Dieses Haus ist ideal, um Ihren Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden zu genießen. Das Haus hat ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl für Kinder und die Treppe hat Sicherheitstüren für Kinder.

Das ganze Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und Highspeed-WLAN im Haus (aber nicht in der Wohnung).

Das Gebiet, in dem sich die Villa befindet, ist ein Berg mit Blick auf das Meer, der 'El Candado' genannt wird. Diese Gegend ist eine der exklusivsten an der Costa del Sol, da sie aus Luxusvillen zwischen dem Meer und einem Golfplatz besteht.

Um das Stadtzentrum zu besuchen, können Sie mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren, obwohl die beste Option die Fahrt mit dem Auto oder Taxi ist, da die Fahrt nur zwischen 10 und 15 Minuten dauert.

Der Strand ist 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt 600 Meter entfernt.

Great place to stay in Malaga. Very quick and easy train from the airport, and a short walk to everything you need. The suggested list of items are great and you are located around the corner from the bus stop if you want to go to nerja for the day. Has everything you need for a week in Malaga. Super tolle und zentrale Wohnung!Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen uns ist mitten im Leben, sobald man aus der Tür geht.Wer Lust auf einen Städte-Trip hat und die perfekte Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig :) Der Marktplatz direkt an der Wohnung ist sehr lebendig, aber für uns persönlich war es nicht zu laut.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad . Het appartement ligt op een top locatie ! Je kon overal naar toe lopen ! Heerlijk terrasje met uitzicht op het plein .
