Diese 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Terrasse und Meerblick ist der perfekte Ort für Ihren Urlaub.

El Palo ist ein typisches Fischerviertel mit niedrigen Häusern am Meer. Darin können Sie die lokale Kultur sowie den Strand und die besten Restaurants zum Fischessen genießen.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und bietet Meerblick sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmern.

Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und in zwei Bereiche unterteilt, einer mit Sofas vor einem Smart-TV und der andere mit einem Esszimmer.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Induktion usw.), sodass Sie bequem kochen können, als wären Sie zu Hause.

Eines der Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, ein weiteres über zwei Einzelbetten und das dritte über ein Einzelbett und einen Arbeitsbereich.

Die Terrasse ist wunderbar, denn sie ist nicht nur geräumig, sondern hat auch einen großen Teil des Tages Sonne und automatische Markisen, die Schatten und Privatsphäre garantieren.

Die gesamte Unterkunft verfügt über Klimaanlage und Heizung sowie Highspeed-Internet.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Parkplatz im selben Gebäude, der im Preis inbegriffen ist.

Wenn Sie Kinder haben, wird es Sie freuen zu wissen, dass sich neben dem Apartment einer der besten Spielplätze der Stadt befindet (Alberto Suarez 'Pipi' Park).

Das Stadtzentrum ist 13 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 30 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt, der ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung genommen werden kann.

Great place to stay in Malaga. Very quick and easy train from the airport, and a short walk to everything you need. The suggested list of items are great and you are located around the corner from the bus stop if you want to go to nerja for the day. Has everything you need for a week in Malaga. Would definitely stay again.

Super tolle und zentrale Wohnung!Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen uns ist mitten im Leben, sobald man aus der Tür geht.Wer Lust auf einen Städte-Trip hat und die perfekte Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig :) Der Marktplatz direkt an der Wohnung ist sehr lebendig, aber für uns persönlich war es nicht zu laut.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad . Het appartement ligt op een top locatie ! Je kon overal naar toe lopen ! Heerlijk terrasje met uitzicht op het plein . Wij hebben weinig last gehad van geluidsoverlast . We waren zelf tot laat op pad . Het huisje was schoon en stijlvol en locatie was geweldig ! Ik zou het iedereen aanraden !
